Mariah Wilkins
Mariah Wilkins is the Founder and Principal Policy Strategist of the Military Family Advocacy Group. She specializes in healthcare access analysis, regulatory research, provider-directory auditing, and the translation of complex policy requirements into decision-ready findings.

Her work has supported congressional and federal stakeholder briefings, healthcare-access investigations, legislative development, and systemic reform efforts affecting military families. She brings professional experience in regulatory and policy compliance, compliance auditing, applied research, and public-sector administration.

Mariah holds a Doctor of Criminal Justice degree and is pursuing a Master of Legal Studies in Compliance and Risk Management at William & Mary. As a military spouse and mother of three, she also brings direct insight into the real-world consequences of healthcare and administrative policy.
Katherine Farley
Co-founder, military spouse, graduate school student. Katherine is an advocator and a policy analyst. She is currently researching Congressional policies and their impacts on Americans, including military families. She is a military spouse and the mother of four children. She has extensive experience navigating complex military policies and programs.
